The place was really nice and it was totally different from...

The place was really nice and it was totally different from other hostels in Korea, this one was really traditional. The kitchen was really clean and well equiped.

The room was a little small for us and our really big luggage. Also, the shared bathroom it's outside the hanok, so we froze every time we needed to go to the bathroom at night. Everything else was perfectly fine.

It's very special experience to stay in a Daegu monument.

Good location and very special experience to stay in Korean traditional place.Guesthouse staff was super sweet.

A little bit cold. Cause we were not used to be so cold place. Guesthouse staff have done her very best to let us feel warm.

Definitely will come back to stay again.

Really interesting to get to stay at the hanok guesthouse. Floor heater was good. Bed was comfy.

Toilet heater need wait for a long time for the water to be hot. The toilet have water flushing sound for the entire night

The staff is very helpful, he can communicate in English very well.There are many breakfast are prepared in the kitchen, love it!If I go Daegu again will stay there again.=)

I would recomend the accommodation to anyone looking for reasonable stay in Daegu.

The traditional house and the atmosphere of the whole place were amazing. I had a feeling I visited a different century. THe traditional way of sleeping was surprisingly comfortable.

The wifi was slow and not really reliable, but it was not such a bad thing. Also, breakfast was ramen noodles, toast, and jam, so if you are picky (I was completely ok with it) do expect to have breakfast somewhere else.

Amazing experience

This place was amazing, starting from the staff, really nice, funny and helpfull persons. If you want to experience the Korean culture should stay here. We were welcomed with some tea, and the are its really nice. A lot of really interesting cultural places to visit around. We will come back for sure. We have been in Busan, Daegu and Seoul and our favorite place has been hands down Daegu.

Comfortable old fashioned place to stay

Beautiful place to stay and the host is really nice. It was near a busy street, but still very quiet.

It was a little confusing to find at first, but once you find it it's lovely

„Basis-Unterkunft in einem wunderschönen alten koreanischen Hanok mit großem Garten und netten Staff

Das Original Guamseowon HanokGuesthouse ist ein ca 250 Jahre altes Hanok. Man wohnt in kleinen Häuschen in einen schönen Garten. Die Lage ist unschlagbar in einem alten Viertel gleich um die Ecke vom großen Markt. Die Zimmer sind sehr spartanisch mit Futons ausgestattet, aber das Setting macht alles wett. Daegu ist eine super Stadt. Unbedingt auch, bei freiem Eintritt, den Park mit kleinem Zoo besuchen

Este guesthouse es hermoso! tiene todo lo necesario y el Sr. Won y su staff son super amables y atentos. Recomiendo altamente este lugar. Visiten Daegu, es hermoso. This guesthouse is beautiful, has everything you need and Mr. Won and staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place. Go and visit Daegu, is beautiful.

Fue difícil dar con la dirección, pero los lugareños son muy amables y nos ayudaron a dar con el lugar. It was hard to find the address, but the locals are very friendly and helped us find the place.

Horroroso

El personal era simpático.

Me aloje en una casita que no hacía más de 6 metros cuadrados, al lado de la puerta de la entrada. El confort, por desgracia, ninguno. Más vale no ser claustrofóbico porque el espacio es tan reducido que da miedo. La ducha pasaba de caliente a frio cada 2 minutos. Pagar lo que se pagó para eso, no vale la pena. La zona es de mala muerte. Una pena porque el staff era simpático.

옛구암서원을 다녀와서

옛구암서원을 개조한것이라 고즈녁한 맛이있고 마당과 뒷뜰에 국궁장이나 옛놀이 기구들로 가족간 시간을 보내기 좋았네요. 수강당(제일큰방)에서 묵었는데 옛 고향집의 추억도 떠오르고요. 주변에 일식이 섞인 한옥들이 드문드문 보이던데 여기도 그런것인지 아니면 이쪽지방 건축특색인지 이불장부분은 일식 이불장 구조가 떠오르더라구요. 대구FC경기 직관가서 묵은데라 근처(걸어가긴 쪼금 곤란하지만 그렇게 멀지는 않은)이고 걸어서 5분정도 거리에 서문시장이 있어서 밤먹방하긴 좋았어요. 인근에 달성공원(이젠 어르신들의 보금자리화 된듯)도 걸어가도 되고..

차로는 못들어갑니다. 네비찍고 갔더니 뒷편의 큰교회로 안내를 해주던데 미리 전화로 직원분과 통화하고 가시는게 낫습니다. 이게 골목골목을 헤쳐가야되서 네비밑고 가면 진짜 많이 걷게되어있어요. 우리은행인가 보이면 그 인근에 차세워야합니다. 그러면 골목안으로 들어가서 찾기가 쉬워요. 안내 표지판이 좀 작아서 눈에 안뜁니다. T맵으로도 제대로 검색이 안되니 네비류는 믿으심 안됨. 골목에 개를 많이 키워서 들어가다 깜놀할 수 있습니다. 음식싸들고 들어가다 굶주린 댕댕이들이 밤새 짖어대서 고생했네요. 특개조심..머 나오고 하는건 아닌데...밤새 짖더라구요.

도심에서 편리한 숙소 너무 좋았습니다.

한옥 체험은 처음이었구요. 인근 서문시장,계산성당, 청라언덕 김광석 거리등 이 가까워 아주 좋았습니다.

가성비가 이렇게 좋은데 아쉽다고 이야기하면 안되지요.^^* 한옥이라서 나름 불편한 점도 있지만 그것이 싫으면 한옥체험을 못하겠지요? 저는 새로운 경험이라서 너무 재미있었습니다.

정말 좋은 숙소이지만 겨울은 피해야...

서문시장과 시내와 가까워 접근성이 좋구요. 한옥의 전통미와 다양한 전통놀이를 체험할 수 있어 좋았습니다. 시설도 나름 깨끗하고 추천할만한 숙소였습니다.

일단 너~무 춥습니다. 방바닥은 전기온돌이 있어 괜찮은데요. 야외에서 잔다고 착각이 들정도로 웃풍이 심합니다. 그리고 주차가 불편합니다.

없는 단점이 다 무마될 정도의 친절함과 청결함 그리고 한옥만이 가질 수 있는 운치와 찜질방 전세낸 듯한 아랫목의 뜨뜻함은 사랑입니다. 대구를 가게 되면 따뜻한 봄날에도 다시 찾아가고 싶습니다. 권해주셨던 차 한잔 하러 꼭 다시 갈게요~ 아! 그리고 워낙 오래된 고택이라 웃풍이 있다고 미리 알려주셨는데 저와 제 친구는 그 웃풍이 너무 좋았어요 등이 뜨거울 정도로 뜨끈했거든요ㅋㅋㅋ 이불 덥으면 그나마 웃풍도 안 느껴집니다! 그리고 기대도 못 한 룸 업그레이드 너무 감사합니다 감동이었어요 Do you wonder Korean traditional life? If so, I strongly recommend this old traditional house especially for foreigners. Indeed, you might be able to feel a little uncomfortable with some amenities like a lav and shower because it is "TRADITIONAL HOUSE". But, you will see how clean it is and kind they are. Everything was more than what I expected. Again, I'd like to thank you for upgrading my room even if it can be lucky for me.

이미 알고 있었고 가성비 너무 좋은 방이었지만 화장실&샤워실의 불편함은 어쩔 수 없었어요 하지만 그 불편함은 말 그대로 약간의 아쉬움일 뿐이었습니다. 100점 만점에 120점 드리고 싶은 마음 100점 줘야하는 심정입니다!
